MEET THE TEAM

Based in the Coastal New Zealand city of Dunedin, PKB Otago Limited is a locally owned and operated construction business specialising in commercial, residential, design & build projects.

Paul an Irish native, spent several years working abroad overseeing large construction projects in Ireland, the US and several states across Australia before moving to Dunedin in 2010.
Here in the South, he was fortunate to be involved in construction of the famously acclaimed Dunedin Forsyth Barr Stadium and soon after completion found himself running a two man building firm in the ever growing and developing city.

Founded in 2012, PKB Otago Limited is now a fully established team consisting of 12 highly experienced staff.

We love what we do, achieving great results for our clients whilst also partnering with reputable local architects, tradesmen, and suppliers.
